Appointments
Appointments are scheduled 8:30-4:15 Monday through Thursdays and 8:30-3:00 on Fridays. New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork.

Billing and Insurance
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service for co-payments, co-insurance and any amount not covered by patients insurance. We accept most insurances and worker's comp.
